SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Lil Sweet Peas Boutique, we know you are anxious to receive your package and we strive to have your item shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary as many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. We will contact you if there are any backorders, out stock items or any other delays. After your order is placed, you will immediately be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. Unfortunately at this time, we DO NOT ship Internationally.
We charge a flat rate shipping amount of $6.95 for all orders placed on our site. We also offer FREE Shipping for orders over $99!
However, please note Large order quantities may require additional
shipping charges and we will notify you via email should that occur. If
you need to have your item shipped sooner than the above timeframes,
please email us at info@shoplilsweetpeas.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Many items are shipped directly from the manufacturer so Shipping time frames vary. We may provide you with a tracking number to track your package by logging into our website. The merchandise you order from our site may also be shipped from several different locations/manufacturers, so items may arrive separately, at different times and in separate packages and may be shipped either UPS, USPS or Fedex. You will not incur any additional
shipping charges for any items arriving separately. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, you must provide a street address for accurate delivery.
Returns & Exchanges:
Most items offered on our site may be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us. If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. All returns must have prior
authorization and must be postmarked within (10) days of receiving your
order. You may reach us by email at: info@shoplilsweetpeas.com for your Authorization. We must receive the returned items in the same condition they were sent to you. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. Due to the nature of our business, items must be postmarked within (10) business days from the date the items are received by you, no exceptions. If the items are postmarked later than (10) business days, or, if the items have been worn, laundered or damaged, they will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be sent back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 10 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and you are responsible for paying to have the item shipped back to us. Please allow 2-3 weeks for you to receive your store credit or for your credit card to be refunded.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
Lil Sweet Peas Boutique is proud to offer a Price Match Guarantee for our customers on almost every product we carry. We will do our best to honor each price match request, however, we do reserve the right in rare cases to deline a price match request. Should you find any of our products at a lower price on another ONLINE retailer's website we will match that retailers price - Price Match Items must be orderable online from the competitor. The competitor must be an authorized retailer.
In order for your price match to be approved, The item requested must be EXACTLY the same (color, size, model, etc.) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day from the competitor's website. Backordered items and items not currently in stock will not be matched.
Lil Sweet Peas Boutique coupon codes, specials or discounts can not to be used with Price Match approvals. Please research the TOTAL cost of the item (sales price, tax, and shipping) prior to requesting a price match as Shipping costs will be factored in. We do not match prices on auction sites or discount shopping sites such as Ebay. Price Match requests must be made prior to ordering as we will be unable to refund the difference in the lower price once you place your order.
Please email us with your request along with the product link and we will review the website, and upon approval, we will provide you with a special discount code to use during checkout to reflect the discounted price. Please be aware, this guarantee applies to FULL price items only. Our guarantee excludes shipping fees and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Other restrictions may apply.
Sales Tax
Order being shipped to an address in State of North Carolina, will be charged 6.75% sales tax. For orders shipped outside of North Carolina, no sales tax will be charged.
